So there were three calls in total. Two were phone calls with HR, and then a video call with the manager and a team member where we did some technical stuff. The HR chats were pretty direct and easy, and they worked around my schedule. The last call was a bit late for me because of the time difference, but they were cool about it. They even noticed I messed up some things on the call because I was tired and nervous from my day job, which was nice of them.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone call, then a face-to-face technical interview, followed by a managerial interview. After that, there was an offshore round, and finally, an HR round. Everything seemed to go well, and they indicated it might take about a month to get an offer. A month later, I followed up with HR for an update, and they mentioned the position was still under internal discussion and I could expect an offer in two weeks. Since then, there's been no progress. When I reach out to HR, she's non-committal.

I applied on their website and they scheduled the interview within 2 weeks. It was a bad experience though. The HR team didn't know who was on the interview panel. After a couple of rounds, they asked about Salary & Benefits and we found it wasn't a match because their bracket was lower. They should have asked this upfront to save time. The worst part was the hiring manager wasn't clear about the requirements or who they were looking for. They expected the best without clearly knowing the requirements.
