It was an employee referral and took 3 days to finish all 4 rounds, including HR. The technical round was pretty easy, with basic questions on Linux, Windows, and networking. They also asked some scenario-based questions, mostly looking for someone who could manage a shift alone and learn quickly. The first round was a phone call, the second was face-to-face with the manager, and the third was a Skype call with a senior manager from the US.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too tough. The team members were really welcoming and just asked some standard questions. A key tip is to pay close attention and maintain a professional demeanor throughout. I spoke with both the senior manager of the department and the team manager, and they focused more on technical aspects.
