I applied online and then the Executive Assistant emailed me to schedule the interview. Then I went in for the interview with 2 Directors and 1 Sales Manager. They each asked me 2-3 questions. The key to getting the job is to believe in the company values and mission, and that distributors are the key to success, but you also need to balance serving them and benefiting the company (50/50).
