The first interview was a phone screen. The questions were pretty straightforward, mostly behavioral and about past client experience. Definitely research the company and be ready to explain your motivation for wanting to work there. Overall, it seems like a great place, and I'm hopeful about moving forward.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I first connected with someone at the company on LinkedIn who then referred me to Cheryl, a Talent Acquisition Specialist. After a 20-minute phone screen with Cheryl, where she shared more about the role and prepped me for the next interview, I spoke with Lauren, the Sales Manager. She was really nice and knowledgeable. This was followed by an in-person interview with Lauren that lasted about 1.5 hours, focusing on my sales abilities through role-playing, which went well. Then, I had a brief 20-minute interview with Chadd, the VP of Sales. A day later, I received an offer for an entry-level sales rep position, which I declined as it wasn't what I was looking for. Cheryl followed up after each interview, which was great, and assisted me throughout the process. The company communicates very well.

Behavioral

The recruiting team was super professional. They set up the interview, double-checked details with me and the sales manager, and made sure I knew how to get there. The interview itself went great, and the sales manager was very professional too. We had a chat for about an hour, and it made me feel really good about taking the job.
