Applied for a Scholarship that came with a bond with the company. We took some tests, which I recall were like math and language tests, but we weren't told how we did. There was also a presentation about job opportunities in the company. Then, we had a private interview with a panel of interviewers. Finally, we had to do a role play where we managed a nursing home as a management team with other interviewees. We were given financial info and other details about the nursing home and had to decide on plans for it as a group, with observers watching us and taking notes.
