It was pretty chill and the interviewers were nice and welcoming. There were 2 interviewers and the questions were pretty easy to answer. Just explain a lot about why you’re really interested in the job and their company.

The process was quick and prompt. There was a long application form, but the interviewers were nice. It was about 2 to 3 rounds with a written and analytics assessment. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Recommended if you're keen to create bright futures for the next generation.

it was a pretty easy interview, mostly asked about my background experience. there were some questions about challenges, which is to be expected. the second round was with senior management, even though it felt like a junior level interview, which i wasn't expecting after the first round, but the second round was basically the same interview repeated twice in front of the senior management team.

Technical Presentation

I went through the first round of interviews and also submitted the case study. When they asked me if I could present the case study within the same week, I let the TA know that I couldn't make it since I was overseas. I suggested my earliest available date (which was only 4/5 days away from the proposed date, passing the weekend anyway), but the HR just ghosted me afterwards. Then on the new proposed date itself, she told me that they decided to go with another candidate, and the hiring manager had to go overseas this week. I'd say it's quite a red flag that they aren't transparent about things. Glad I dodged a bullet nevertheless.
