I had an interview scheduled with NTT DATA white field Bangalore. The interview was supposed to start at 10 AM, but after waiting for 2 hours, my turn finally came. Initially, I felt the interviewer wasn't really interested in asking questions. The interview lasted only 20 minutes. He first asked me to briefly talk about myself, then asked some simple questions. He kept interrupting me before I could finish my answers. He asked me to write some code, but as soon as I started, he told me it wasn't necessary and to stop. If the interview was just a formality, they shouldn't waste candidates' time. We all seriously make time for interviews, setting aside other plans, and interviewers like him are just wasting time. When I asked HR for feedback, she said I wasn't technically good. If the interviewer didn't conduct the interview properly, how could he even assess my technical knowledge?

Got a call from an NTT Data recruiter. The rounds were: 1. Phone call - about 30 mins, asked about Java, Spring, and Hibernate basics. 2. Video call - manager and tech interview, asked about REST, Java, Spring, Git, Jenkins, Maven, JDBC, and Hibernate. Also asked about my past projects. 3. In-person - with a tech architect, the hardest round. Focused on my understanding of fundamentals, not syntax. Overall, it was a good experience with a great hike offered.

It was a 2 day process, had 2 written tests. First was a technical test on Java with 30 questions for 30 mins. Second was an aptitude test with 30 questions on topics like train, time and distance for 30 mins. After that, there was an HR round and a managerial round, both with basic questions. Each day I had to sit around waiting for 3 to 4 hours, especially for the HR round which started way past 11:30 even though we were asked to come by 09:30.
