They were hiring a lot of people for training classes, so it moved pretty fast. They even give you tips and possible questions beforehand, which could be helpful or make you more nervous. Since I've been working for a while, the questions weren't surprising. The tips would be more useful for someone new to interviewing. My resume was found online, and I got called in. I gave my interviewer my resume, and she started by asking me to describe myself. When I mentioned jobs, she'd look at my resume, suggesting she hadn't reviewed it before. The interviewer was nice and gave a good overview of the job and company. This interview style might be typical for roles starting with a training course, maybe not for individual openings. Because my resume was found online, there are extra online steps. You'll need to complete a thorough online background check, a pre-employment drug test, and an online application. Getting answers to unusual questions can be tough, maybe due to a language barrier or because communication is only via email. This can drag out the process and cause frustration, though it's how things work now. The hiring process might take longer than needed with some frustrations, but I'm looking forward to starting my career here. It's a forward-thinking company with a diverse culture, which is what I want.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: a written test, a face-to-face interview, and a managerial round. The technical part involved basic Java questions, database queries, and database design. About five days later, HR contacted me for the managerial round. It was unclear whether they were looking for a Java developer or a database developer, which was confusing. The entire process felt like it took all day. The main manager was very rude and bossy, claiming to have only database knowledge and only reading puzzles.

Got a call from an NTT Data recruiter. The rounds were: 1. Phone call - about 30 mins, asked about Java, Spring, and Hibernate basics. 2. Video call - manager and tech interview, asked about REST, Java, Spring, Git, Jenkins, Maven, JDBC, and Hibernate. Also asked about my past projects. 3. In-person - with a tech architect, the hardest round. Focused on my understanding of fundamentals, not syntax. Overall, it was a good experience with a great hike offered.
