First, there's usually an online assessment or screening. Then, you'll have one or two technical interviews that check your skills, projects, and how you solve problems. The last step is an HR or manager chat to see if you communicate well, fit the culture, and understand the job expectations. If it's an experienced role, you might have a client or domain-specific interview too.

It had two rounds straight. First was with a technical lead for 1.5 hours, with lots of questions and talk about the "family" culture. The interviewer was good, but the technical questions were medium difficulty, not as hard as I expected. Then a Director took 1.5 hours, talking about their innovation "push" culture. HR said I was selected and a week later offered a CTC less than my current one. I declined the offer. HR was good, empathetic, and responsive. My suggestion to management is to not schedule interviews if you can't match the candidate's expected CTC; it's a waste of time. Offering less than what the candidate already has doesn't make sense.

First, there was an English video exam. You get an email, click the link, and a page opens with questions. You have 30 seconds to think and 90 seconds to speak about the question. The page records your answers. If they think you're good enough, they'll schedule an interview. Since you're a fresh graduate applying for one talent, the interview isn't too hard. They ask general software questions like 'what is...' or 'describe...'.
