It was a pretty standard process. First, there was an HR interview. I had to do a personality test. Then I had to give a presentation about my resume. They told me about the company and the team and what they expected. After that, I had another interview with the managers where we talked about technical stuff and my experience.

They were looking for freshers but with at least 2 years of domain experience. It was a 3-round process. The first round was purely technical. They asked about my domain experience and what I did in those 2 years, then technical questions, and how to map my domain experience into SAP. They also asked business scenario questions like converting a standard order to a third-party sale without changing master data or variant configuration. The interviewer was very helpful and explained things when I was confused. You need to be technically very strong and honest about what you know. The second round was a managerial interview, quite different. They asked about my education and engineering background. It might seem like a silly interview, but they are checking your confidence and communication skills. If you lack confidence, don't expect an offer. Be logical and stand by your answers. The third round was a telephonic HR interview covering experience, family, relocation, your knowledge about the company, expected salary, and joining date. If you get the third call, you're basically selected. Key to cracking the first round is strong technical knowledge and honesty. For the second round, confidence is crucial. The whole hiring process can take from 12 days to a month. The company is great for both freshers and experienced people, investing a lot in employees and offering a bright career.

The first round of application was entirely online. I participated in a discussion with several other applicants. We had a group task and each applicant presented themselves personally (4 mins each). After a brief company presentation by NTT, there was a short group task with a presentation. Unfortunately, there was no proper feedback a few days later, so one cannot take away any suggestions for improvement.
