Software Engineer Intern
It was a 2 round interview. The first round was a 30 minute call with HR that was purely behavioral. The second round was with the team, and it included behavioral questions plus some technical ones, but no leetcode. I got an offer call about a week later.
- Can you share some of your leadership experiences, perhaps drawing from your time as a TA?
Software Engineer
I was contacted by a recruiter and decided to chat just to see what was up. The recruiter explained the role and company well, and it sounded interesting. I was excited about the tech stack, though I'm a bit short on experience there. She set up a call with the manager, which happened fast. We had a good talk, he was sharp. The recruiter followed up and was upfront about the experience gaps, so we decided to reconnect in 6 months. I was impressed with the company and the straightforward process and would consider Ntrepid later.
- After discussing technical aspects, the manager inquired about my aspirations and future plans.
Software Engineer
I got contacted through an online platform. The first chat was pretty straightforward, and so was the onsite interview. Things got messy when they asked me to do a coding assignment after the onsite. I probably should have said no to the assignment, but I got it done ASAP. Over a week later, I heard back saying I didn't make it, and they gave some vague reasons that weren't about my skills or personality. Honestly, I'd say DO NOT interview or apply with this company. It seems like they're looking for free work.
- Can you implement an algorithm to find duplicate and missing values across two lists?
