I had a quick 30 minute chat. The HR person asked me some general questions about myself, then some really basic IT acronyms to see if I was a fit for the hiring manager. Honestly, these questions were so generic it threw me off. It seems like the HR person didn't coordinate with the hiring manager for specific questions. She wasn't technical and probably just looked up stuff online. She was nice and professional though. I ended up withdrawing my application after hearing some not-so-great things about the company post-interview. I'd be careful about companies posting on craigslist; they can be trouble.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a phone call from HR, then an in-person meeting that included a general and a technical interview, and finally a phone call with Management. I'm sharing this review because I noticed some negative feedback previously, and I wanted to offer a different perspective. I went into it with an open mind, and I've had some not-so-great experiences in my job search lately, but this was definitely not one of them. The process was straightforward, and the interviewers were welcoming and great people. They seemed to genuinely care about their company and its values, which align with my own beliefs. I really enjoyed this process overall; it was the best part of my job search so far. All three interviewers were great. It's been 14 years since I last looked for a job, and I've learned a lot during this search about finding the right fit. Even if I don't get an offer, I felt compelled to write this after seeing the other reviews. I'm excited because I feel this could be more than just a job, but a career, which is what I've been seeking.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • A lot of good straightforward personality and technical questions overall. Nothing that made no sense to me as some others have asked. I've been asked some ridiculously vague questions that were looking for specific answers and that did not happen with Ntiva.

Finding the office was a bit tricky initially, and I had to buzz to get in, which was a bit unusual since there wasn't a formal reception. However, once inside, and I was seated to complete an application, almost everyone who walked by, at least ten people, greeted me and asked if I needed anything, like coffee or water, or if I was being helped.
