I had three interviews for this role. The first was a screening with HR, and it was a bit tough as the questions felt scripted. I was a little nervous after that one. But, the second interview was with the hiring manager, and it was a great chat – really positive vibes. The final interview also went well.

The initial stage involves a phone or video call with the People Team. Following that, there's a second interview with the hiring manager and/or director for the relevant department. For certain roles, an additional interview might take place. Overall, it's a straightforward process with remarkably quick feedback.

I found the role on Craigslist.org and sent in my resume. They called me the same day for a quick phone interview to ask about technologies and my familiarity with them on a scale of 1-5. Then, they offered me an in-person interview the very next day, being super flexible with my schedule. The in-person interview was really casual, like jeans casual, with the HR manager and the help desk manager. They hit me with a bunch of technical questions: setting up a site-to-site VPN, ports for different services, and fixing common Microsoft Office Outlook and Windows 7 issues. It felt good when they gave me more info about the position and benefits, and even confirmed the salary range. After that, I was told I'd hear back in a few days. About 30 minutes later, HR called, saying they thought I'd be a good fit. The final step was a phone call with the CEO to get a feel for me. He called within 15 minutes of HR's call. He was nice, organized, and to the point. He said they'd send an offer letter and looked forward to working together.

The interview process started with a phone call from HR, then an in-person meeting that included a general and a technical interview, and finally a phone call with Management. I'm sharing this review because I noticed some negative feedback previously, and I wanted to offer a different perspective. I went into it with an open mind, and I've had some not-so-great experiences in my job search lately, but this was definitely not one of them. The process was straightforward, and the interviewers were welcoming and great people. They seemed to genuinely care about their company and its values, which align with my own beliefs. I really enjoyed this process overall; it was the best part of my job search so far. All three interviewers were great. It's been 14 years since I last looked for a job, and I've learned a lot during this search about finding the right fit. Even if I don't get an offer, I felt compelled to write this after seeing the other reviews. I'm excited because I feel this could be more than just a job, but a career, which is what I've been seeking.
