The interview process was pretty simple and easy. There were two rounds. The first was virtual and the second was in person. The interview was average and I enjoyed the conversation.

I applied online for the role and got called in for an interview. The person who interviewed me was nice and we talked about the job and how I could fit in. She said she had one more person to interview the next Monday and would let me know that afternoon. But, she never got back to me. I know people get busy, but it's only polite to let someone know the outcome of their application, especially after they took the time to interview.

Got a call to check if I was still interested, and then a phone interview was set up for later that week. On the day of the phone interview, they asked me six questions to gauge my skills and experience. Within 24 hours, I got a call to schedule an on-campus interview. There, I met with the search committee who had done the phone interview, and they asked me another six questions. After that, I got a call to meet with the VP I'd be assisting, and then I got a call with an offer.
