Started with a phone call from the hiring manager, though he was late and seemed unwell. He also mentioned sending out Wendy's coupons, which was odd. Despite that, I got an in-person interview. The two people I met with were great. They clarified the job duties, as the online description wasn't quite right, and asked some basic tech questions. Then they showed me around the place.

The interview process was pretty straightforward since it was a direct hire. I went to the job location for the interview and had to complete a skills test. After they graded my test, they asked me a few questions and presented scenarios to see how I would respond.
