I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a 1:1 with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview. Each step took about 1-1.5 weeks to get a response, and it was pretty disorganized most of the time. I got a verbal offer and they wanted an answer quickly, but I never got the written offer after 72 hours, so I had to decline.

Applied online but also had a contact at the company help me get in. First, a pre-screening call happened. Later that same day, I was called to set up a Skype interview because I was out of state. I was ready for it. I met with 5 people and the interview went on for over two hours. They seemed to like my resume and told me when they'd get back to me, saying they'd inform all candidates either way. When that day passed with no call, I reached out. They said they were running behind and would have an answer by the week's end. I called again after the weekend with no reply. I haven't heard back since. I was really not happy with how this was handled. Going through a long interview process and then not getting a courtesy call is disrespectful. The job itself wasn't going to be great - they made it clear there was no advancement and the pay was probably very low. But honestly, after how this process went down, I wouldn't apply to this company again.

It started with a call to HR to discuss the role and my fit. Then, a couple weeks later, I had a chat with the two people I'd be working with day-to-day. That was pretty chill, lots of talk about my background and how I could help out. The last step was a panel interview with the team, another admin, a PA from a different area, and the HR person moderating.
