I had one call with the HR manager, which was about 30 minutes, where they asked me why I was interested in this company and this specific position. After that, I had another 30-minute call with one of the managers. This call focused more on my experience and included some technical questions pertinent to the role. The overall experience was very welcoming and friendly.

The internship interview process included a phone and in person interview. Two people conducted the interview - they were courteous and timely, and the interview questions were tough but fair. The entire process took around two months, mostly because I was working through a university program. NRDC was very quick and responsive through the entire process.
