I had my first interview with the Operations Manager and the Executive Director, and they mostly talked about the job duties and what they were looking for. About a week and a half later, I had a second interview with members of HR and the communications team. This one was more of a group discussion about how I'd fit in with the team. It was a bit unusual having 5 people there, more than I've had before, but it felt pretty relaxed and the conversation was enjoyable.

The hiring process kicked off with a phone screening. Following that, there were two more rounds: one with the hiring manager and then a final one with the selection panel. They were pretty quick, with each interview scheduled a week apart.
