The interviewer seemed to have already made up her mind not to consider me before the interview even began. She was quite impatient and didn't seem interested in what I had to say. After about 10 minutes of silence from her, she said she would provide feedback and that HR would be in touch. Within 20 minutes of our conversation ending, HR emailed to let me know I wasn't being considered.

It was 3 rounds of interviews. After that, the HR person ghosted me and never told me if they chose someone else or if the role was no longer available. This was really disappointing given how much time candidates put into the hiring process.
