They set up an interview for the next day with the Clinical Nurse Lead. The interview focused on my crisis management skills, how I handle workplace issues, and my motivation for joining the company.

The whole process took about 2 months from start to hiring. They then told me they had to follow new HR rules and couldn't consider candidates previously selected. I'd be careful if you're thinking of interviewing there. It was a big waste of my time.
