Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NOV.
Planner
The interview was quick, supportive, and they asked good questions. They asked questions about my logistics experience and explained the planner role in detail but concisely. I was happy with the interview.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Planner
The interview process was good, but expect some last-minute changes. They also don't let you know the outcome, and the decision-making process is really long and takes a lot of time. The expectations weren't clear either. After rejecting all candidates, they changed the expectations and reposted the job, which seems like a never-ending cycle.
- Share your experience with planning tools.
- Discuss your experience with planning methodologies.
Supply Chain Intern
I interviewed with the site manager. They really took the time to get to know me beyond my resume, focusing on what aspects of my background interested them most.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
