Software Engineer

First round was a pre-screening about where you'd like to work, and if you have a cellphone, etc. Then a code screen that was half OOP, half decision making (like, what would you do in this case). After that, two behavioral interviews - one with the hiring manager and one with the engineer in charge of your department plus the hiring manager.

So I interviewed with them and it was so unprofessional. I went through three rounds and then after sending a thank you note, they completely ghosted me. It's one thing if they decided to go with someone else, but to just disappear after three rounds? Pretty shameful.
