Software Engineer
Still not too sure about the whole process, but I had a technical round, then a managerial one. After submitting my documents, there was another technical round, which was unexpected after the managerial stage. The questions were relevant, but I was confused about the purpose given the sequence. I'm interviewing on a holiday to learn from the experience. The interviewer seemed judgmental, actively looking for areas where I couldn't answer. It got really frustrating when the interviewer would interrupt me mid-answer, asking a new question before I could finish, which happened over 10-15 times. This made me lose interest in the opportunity. I'd prefer a workplace with colleagues who are at least proficient in the basics. I've conducted interviews myself and never received such feedback from a candidate. The questions themselves were relevant, which is why I stayed engaged, but the interviewer's habit of rushing and focusing only on what I didn't know made me decide not to proceed.

Senior Software Engineer
They did both technical and Managerial rounds in one day because my relieving date was close. The technical interview went well. In the manager round, the interviewer asked me yes/no type questions. Based on my HR discussion, she gave a bad review. She was unaware that ReactJS is a JS library. My overall experience was bad, and I advise the hiring team to either use skilled professionals for interviews or record them to verify the process's authenticity. I'm only sharing technical questions here as I didn't encounter any managerial questions.

Software Engineer
For the BI tool 1 position, I had a interview process back in Dec-2019 that included a telephonic round, a technical round, a manager round, an onsite technical round, and finally an HR round. The interview experience was pretty average, with both the interviewer and HR being friendly. The main focus was on my technical basics and resume details. I was offered a 10% hike over what I expected.
- Can you provide details about your projects?
- Can you elaborate on your previous experience?
- How would you handle various scenarios?
