First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nous Infosystems.
Mobile Architect
The interview was scheduled for 2 rounds, the first one was on MS Teams for 30 minutes. The interviewer was impatient and ambiguous, which made it a waste of time. They kept interrupting and said it was a 30-minute interview, but then asked for more information when I gave short answers. I think the interviewers' well-being needs to be upgraded.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
DevOps Engineer
They asked me to describe how to use Prometheus and Grafana dashboards for multiple environments, like setting up a service in a Kubernetes cluster. I was given access and asked to explain the deployment process and highlight differences.
- How would you utilize Prometheus and Grafana dashboards across various environments within a Kubernetes cluster?
- Can you walk me through the deployment process you've managed?
- What distinctions exist between the different environments you've configured?
Senior Test Engineer
The hiring process usually starts with a resume review to pick out candidates. Then, there's an HR chat to see if you're a good fit. After that, you go into technical rounds to check your knowledge. Sometimes, they might also give you problem-solving tests, case studies, or assignments. Finally, there's a round to check cultural fit, and then talks about salary, what they expect, and when you'd start.
- Can you describe your experience with Java coding, specifically with strings and arrays?
- Explain OOPS concepts.
- What are your thoughts on different testing frameworks?
Analyst
I was contacted by a recruiter through my Naukri profile for an Analyst position. They set up two offline interview rounds, one technical and one HR. Both rounds seemed to go well, and the recruiter repeatedly inquired about my willingness to join. After waiting about 10 days for an update, I reached out, only to be told that the requirement is currently on hold and they aren't sure about it, suggesting I look for other opportunities. It seems like they call candidates without being sure of their needs, which is a waste of time.
- The interview questions were easy.
- I answered everything.
- They didn't respond anything.
