Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nourish.
Sales Assistant
It was good. They asked the usual questions you'd expect for a retail company. I had a phone screen and then an in-person interview (this was before covid). Since it's retail, they really want to know if you're passionate about the industry because there's a lot of training involved for both sides. They spend a lot of time on that.

Sales Assistant
The interview process was complex and structured with tricky questions, which I didn't enjoy, but I'll count it as experience. It involved many simple questions followed by behavioral ones.
- What aspects of retail do you find disagreeable?
- What are your career aspirations for the next three years?
Sales Assistant
It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked me typical questions like why I wanted to work there, what I did in my last job, how I handle difficult situations and pressure, and about my customer service skills. We also discussed my education, my CV, and some personal stuff that influenced my career choices. The whole chat lasted about 40 minutes, and the vibe was really calm and nice.
- What did you do in your last job?
- What were your responsibilities on previous job?
