The interview process was good, with nice questions and they gave good notice for the interview dates. I liked the people who interviewed me and felt comfortable with the number of people involved and the questions they asked.

I had a Zoom call with the recruiter at the time we scheduled. It seemed like she was just reading from a script and I didn't really get to talk about anything else. I'm not sure she even looked at my resume before we talked.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was scenario-based. The interviewer will ask you questions related to your previous organization. They verify one's confidence level and ability to answer scenario-based questions. HR was really a kind person, her name was Sarah Hawkins. Go through their website; they ask about the products they sell.

Behavioral Technical Other

The whole interview process felt really long and a bit confusing. I was initially told interviews would be scheduled soon, but then didn't hear back for about two weeks. Having great knowledge of nutrition and retail experience wasn't enough for the interview. I personally found all the interviews to be enjoyable and like a relaxed conversation. There were 3 stages: a phone call, then a Skype interview, and finally an in-person interview. The HR manager came across as honest and straightforward. But honestly, I think it's less about how prepared you are and more about personal connection rather than skills or actual experience.
