First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.
Customer Service Representative
The interview was on a video call with the hiring manager and another interviewer. It lasted about an hour. I felt like I built a good rapport with them. They said I'd hear back later that day but then ghosted me. The recruiter also ignored my messages. I feel like I wasted my time and they should at least give feedback. It was a bad experience.

Customer Service Representative
It was easy, only 3 questions asked. The whole thing was super fast, maybe 15 minutes total. It barely felt like an interview. The manager said I'd hear back within a week, and I did! Got the offer call before even seven days passed.
- How do you function within a team setting?
- Have you had the opportunity to travel?
- If you had the chance to choose any place in the world to visit, where would it be?
Customer Service Agent
The process was straightforward. I had to book a time to complete a computer-based test at a community college. It was the easiest test I've encountered. The test takes place in a computer lab with approximately 18 other candidates and two recruiters. Results are immediate. Later, I received an email for a one-way interview where I had to record my responses and submit them. Three days after that, I got an email confirming my job offer.
- How would you troubleshoot a basic computer problem?
