We started with a nice presentation about norwegian and working benefits plus salary information. Then they divided us into groups for a group exercise that was fun and interesting. It ended with an individual interview where they asked easy questions just to check your work history experience and the way you deal with conflicts or issues at work.

So, there were like 40 people for the first interview. We started with a fun little presentation. Then we did a group activity where we had to rank items for a moon landing. After that, it was a 2-on-1 interview, followed by a document check and then they did a suit fitting. It was pretty chill, everyone was nice.

It was a very nice HR person and the online interview made me feel really comfortable. It was only the first interview and the questions were super easy. I never got the second part which was supposed to be an English language test.
