Software Engineer
The interview process included a presentation, a group test, and an interview. Everyone was very friendly, and the entire process was in English. The atmosphere was good, with professional people. Everything was correct. The online test was very easy, followed by a video with questions in English. I didn't pass the test, but I still recommend it.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What is your motivation for applying to Norwegian?
Flight Attendant
It was a pretty straightforward process. It kicked off with a group presentation, followed by a one-on-one interview. The whole thing lasted around 6 to 7 hours. For the individual part, they brought us into a private room with two interviewers who were mainly interested in getting to know us and our backgrounds.
- Could you please tell us a bit about yourself?
- What motivates your interest in working with our company?
Cabin Crew
I flew in from Los Angeles once for the swim test and then for a second step interview. Was interviewed by a very rude older lady. Glad I was not selected because my life would have been horrible with low pay. Now I am a registered nurse after this rejection. THANK YOU FOR NOT SELECTING ME I'M MAKING 3X the salary now that you would have offered me.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
