Trainee Solicitor
After doing online applications, assessments and questionnaires, I got invited to an initial online teams call with one of their internal recruiters. Then there was a next stage interview where I had to answer basic questions and was presented with a number of work scenarios.

So first there was a case study that I had to do, then present to a junior solicitor. After that, there was a group task on a different case study and an early careers recruiter was watching us. Finally, I had a partner interview with two partners that went for about 45 to 60 minutes.

The interview process moved quite quickly between rounds. The first interview was a telephone interview (~20 minutes) where it was important to share your interest in the firm and awareness of current affairs.
