The interview process was very thorough. I was asked specific questions about my experience. I interviewed with two partners who were both very nice and polite. However, it has been three weeks since my first interview and I have not heard back from them yet.

I had 3 interviewers, each lasting 20 minutes, making it an hour long. They didn't have a set script but were keen to learn about my background. It felt very conversational. I wasn't asked any behavioral questions, but they dug into my resume a lot.

Behavioral Technical

I had an on-campus interview which went well, and the interviews themselves were very pleasant. However, the callback interview was a bit of a downer. Even though the individual lawyers were nice enough, they didn't seem to have any rapport with each other, unlike what I saw at other places. It felt like some interviewers didn't even know each other or care to.
