You'll have two interviews, first with a recruiter, then with the manager and hiring leader. They'll let you know after that if you're getting the job.

After trying to get a job for 2 years, I finally got a phone call to schedule an interview for the next week. When I got there, I waited 20 minutes for the recruiter to call me back. She was rude when she opened the door and tried to lead me to her office. In her office, she asked me the usual generic questions. She repeatedly asked if I had any questions for her and seemed annoyed that I didn't have many. She made me feel really uncomfortable and was quite rude. I'm not sure if she was rushing because she had many people to talk to, but she said she'd pass my resume along and someone would email me about a second interview. It's been almost a week, and I still haven't received that email.

I applied online for an OBgyn receptionist role. A few hours later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter, which went well. Next, I was moved to a panel interview. However, during the panel interview, only one of the three managers showed up, and the interviewer was sick. It's been two weeks since then, and I haven't heard anything back from the company.
