I had a panel interview with some people from the clinical effectiveness team. It was on Zoom, but I had some tech issues so they were cool and switched it to a phone interview and called my cell.

I was approached at a career fair at my high school. The recruiter and I had some back and forth. Later, I submitted an online application, which took about half an hour, and then sent a cover letter to the recruiter I met at the job fair. About a week later, I had a phone screen. Three weeks after that, I came in for a full interview with 4 different people.

Behavioral Technical

I had a couple interviews over Zoom and I had to reschedule my last interview, which was in person. When I got to my interview, I didn't feel like it went completely great. I just had a weird feeling. I will say that for every interview ever been to for an aid position, I have always gotten an offer. I waited about 3.5 weeks and instead of them sending an email declining an offer, they called me to decline me and kind of giggled as they were letting me go. I feel like it was very unprofessional.
