It was pretty chill and laid-back. The person interviewing me was nice and polite. It appears to be a decent company to work for, I only turned down the offer because of the commute. But yeah, it was a good experience overall.

The interview process was quick and great; I met first with the recruiter where I learned a bit about the basics of the company, then I completed a test to see how good of a fit I would be. Within the next day, I received a phone call saying that it didn't seem like a good fit because of the results of the test, but they offered to help develop into the position for the future. I did not move on further in the interview process, so I cannot give too much more than that, but from what I experienced, they made it seamless and comfortable. Really personal, and super thoughtful!

I got a call from the recruiter who told me about the company and offered me a Skype interview. A week later, I had the Skype interview. We talked about my life goals and how I planned to achieve them. After seeing I was qualified, she explained the internship, which involves selling their insurance to people I know and making money through commission. It seems pretty easy to get this internship; they'll basically hire anyone. The offices look nice, but the job itself feels a bit like a scam.
