The interview process was quite long and involved a lot of preparatory tasks. Before moving forward, I had to do things like create lists of people in my network to contact for selling their products. In the final stages, I was told I'd need to put together 50-100 leads for new financial representative candidates to show I could do the job, before even being hired or fully considered. This made me feel like they'd just take this list of leads and reject me anyway after I did free work for them. My interactions with the recruiters were positive, but the last interview really put me off and made me decide to pursue a different career path before getting formally rejected.

The interview process had about 3 to 4 rounds. I spoke with the Managing Director, a Recruiter, and the Head of Development. The interviews were a mix of phone, video, and in-person. They asked some illegal questions like if I have kids and my age. On the plus side, they were quick with scheduling interviews and next steps!
