Really engaging process, they had me do different exercises to generate names of people I know. Made me feel like I was already part of the team. They skipped the third interview round and moved me straight into learning the process.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First I had a phone screen with a recruiter, who was super nice and talked a lot about the company culture and what the financial rep job is like. Then I met with the Managing Director in person. We talked more about the role, focusing a lot on how much money you can make and how important it is to get new clients. After that, I met with two other financial advisors to hear about their jobs. Finally, I met with the Managing Director again to go over a list of people I know in different circles to see how successful I might be based on my current network.
