The interview process involved 3 interviews and a preliminary phone call. It was quite thorough. The internship details were initially a bit vague but became much clearer in the final interview where an offer was extended. Although it was described as commission-based initially, there's a guaranteed base pay during the training and mentoring phase.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started out, so I thought, as simply me going in to talk with a recruiter who I had met at a dinner/networking function. I went out to meet the recruiter at her office, and what started as a really casual conversation eventually turned into more of an interview setting. The next step was going and meeting with another recruiter at a different office. Again, the conversation was very casual was really just about letting the company get to know you and vice versa. Finally, after some "homework" you are expected to come back in and give a brief presentation to a few recruiters and maybe some other advisors in the office - not long after this you will hear back from them on whether it is going to be a good fit for you.
