It was pretty easy but took a while. Started with a phone screen, then there were 3 more rounds. First, I met with the manager. Then a culture interview. After that, I met with some of the team. Finally, I met with the higher-ups.

I had to complete a personality test before the first interview. The interview was on Zoom and the recruiter spent about 15 minutes discussing my personality test results. Then she asked some general questions. She said she would email me the results the same day but I never got them. She also didn't follow up about my application status.

I was contacted on LinkedIn about an Executive Assistant role at Northwestern Mutual. I had phone calls with four people and then got a verbal offer. I didn't get official paperwork until later. They gave me a description of the role information I asked for, but it seemed rushed. They said there was salary flexibility, but when I asked for more based on my experience and market rates, they said the offer was firm. I felt like they were just desperate to fill the position quickly.
