The interview process involved a case study and in-person interviews. I had to create a list of clients to approach, and the interview process really mirrored the job description. The people I interacted with were very nice and welcoming, and they were good at communicating about the process and timeline.

I'm still going through the hiring process, and it's been going well so far. They seem to be moving fast. My first interview was with the managing director of NMRE. It was great to have a conversation with someone who actually has a say in hiring so early on and knows the technical details of the role.
