They are unprofessional and don't value your time. I interviewed for a position and even shadowed. Then they completely ghosted me. I was kind, respectful and bonded great with the staff. I know you have many applicants but at least send me an email or a call to let me know I didn't get the job. I reached out multiple times via call and email and no response back. I just gave up.

First, I had a phone interview with HR. Then, I went in person for an interview with the manager and the educational coordinators. After that, I did a shadow day with a nurse on the floor. Finally, the managers and educational coordinators sat me down and asked me questions.

I applied to the blitz interview. It started with an online interview, followed directly by an in-person interview on the unit. It was short and to the point. Shadowing happened after the interview. Most questions were "tell me about a time..." style.
