The HR took a long time, like over a month, to get back to me. They did an email interview first. Then I had an interview with the hiring leaders. After that, HR said one of the leaders would contact me for another interview, but they never did. It's been two weeks since that email. This ghosting is really unprofessional.

Applied online and got a call back in a few days for a phone screen. It was a quick overview of the role and my interest. Then I had an HR and hiring manager interview scheduled. Oddly, they asked for 5 references early on. On the day of the HR/hiring manager interview, the HR part got cancelled last minute and rescheduled. I did the hiring manager interview, which covered the job and my background. They seemed interested and mentioned clinic visits and a peer interview. They said they'd set up the next steps. After a week of no contact, I reached out and was told to wait for HR. HR rescheduled after another week. This interview was all about 'culture fit' with 'tell me about a time' questions. Another week passed, I followed up, and after a month of this whole drawn-out thing, they said they weren't interested. Super misleading and long.

I got an email from the Social Work Dept manager to set up an interview. The week after, I interviewed with the manager, the clinical lead, and the social work team. They asked a lot of questions about situations and my background; it wasn't too hard.
