First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Northwestern Medicine.
Intern
It was pretty straightforward. First, I got a Hirevue link. After that, if I passed, they scheduled me for a behavioral interview which also included some technical questions.
- Are you available to work in June or July?
Administrative Intern
I did a pre-recorded virtual interview first, then I interviewed with the department leads. The panel interview had 5 people and they asked basic behavioral/biographical questions.
- Have you had prior experience working with insurance claim data?
Intern
Did a hireview with Northwestern Medicine. Typical Hireview they asked about challenges and how I overcame them and about my experience at previous jobs. Overall the interview was medium difficulty, some questions threw me off but most were basic.
- How did you overcome a challenge when presented?
