I applied for the job and was asked to set up a call. The recruiter missed the first scheduled call. I tried calling and emailing, but got no response. We rescheduled, and she missed that one too. I emailed again asking if she was still interested and set up a third call. She was late for the third call, but we finally spoke. She seemed uninterested and distracted, and couldn't even summarize the job description. She did tell me the next steps, but I never heard from her again. It was a waste of my time and preparation.

The interview process had a first interview with a panel of four (3 were present) where they talked about the job, which is an assistant for the 3 managers of the Foundation (Estate Planning, Philanthropy). They emphasized it's a fast-paced role and that Excel skills are super important. They also mentioned it's a temporary position, and while they do hire temps full-time often, it's temp for an undefined period. Then there was a second interview, also with a panel of four (2 returners) and the VP of the Foundation. About 40% of the first interview was answering their questions, and 60% of the second.
