Analyst
Good experience, until no one ever followed up with me after my in-person interview. Why not tell candidates they didn’t get the position, or will not be moving forward in the process? I reached out to HR, and still silence. Many candidates like myself take time off work to interview. A follow-up, even if the position is not being offered, is a common courtesy. Ghosting is unprofessional.

Analyst
it was first round interview with hiring manager, second round on-site interview for 4 hours which included panel interviews and excel quiz. Third round interview with director. Most questions about “tell me about a time when” and what are my key characteristics that align with the role
