I applied for the BDA role and was contacted by the recruiter for a screening call. In one week, I finished all the interviews and calls. The first screening call was simple, just to get to know you. The second interview went well, and I had the final individual interview a few days later. The final interviewer liked my interview. You had to memorize 9 definitions and do 3 mock cold calls. After I finished the interview Friday evening, the interviewer said I'd hear back later that day or over the weekend. I was asked if I could start on Monday if hired, and I said yes. It's been over a week since we last spoke. I've reached out multiple times for an answer but have been ghosted. Based on others' experiences, I don't think I'll get an answer from this company. Poor team!! At least respond if you're not giving an offer.
- If hired, could you start on Monday?
- Recite the 9 required definitions.
- Perform 3 mock cold calls.

The interview process was smooth. The hiring team was really responsive and gave good info. They provided immediate feedback during the interviews. While professional, the hiring team was also easy to talk to. The focus was more on open-ended questions about your perspective rather than just going through your resume point by point.
- Expect to do practice cold calls.

The interview process started normally with a recruiter call and then a hiring manager call. After that, communication became very slow and unreliable. They missed all their self-imposed deadlines for getting back to me. After the final interview, they ghosted me for three weeks, without any follow-up as promised. I'm assuming I didn't get the job. They could have at least sent a rejection email after I wasted so much time with them. They clearly don't value candidates' time. I've had bad candidate experiences before, but this was the worst. If you don't have to deal with them, don't waste your time.
