My interview process was a good experience. I spoke with the hiring manager, their director, and some of my potential colleagues. Everyone was relaxed but kept the conversation professional and on-topic. The interviews themselves wrapped up in about two weeks, though waiting for the final decision took a few more weeks.

I applied through a recruiter and got an interview a week later. I met with 5 people all in one day. The interviews were each 30 min long and back-to-back, so I didn't get a chance to take a break. Everyone made me feel comfortable and the interview was conversational and focused on my background. There were few behavioral and technical questions. I think I spent too much time preparing for technical questions, which might have hurt my chances. I'd suggest focusing your prep on your background and achievements. Also, bring water. I was told a decision would be made in 2 weeks, but I never heard back.
