Started by applying online via LinkedIn. Next, HR reached out to check availability for interview scheduling. The first interview was with hiring managers and team leads, focusing on my resume and experience, plus technical and situational accounting questions where I had to provide journal or adjusting entries. Then, I interviewed with the CFO of finance in Manila, which was more about my experience, skills, contributions, and why they should hire me. The final interview was with the VP of finance in Australia; while initially seeming intimidating, it turned out to be a more comfortable experience than the previous two. He asked me to go through my resume, we discussed my experience and role expectations, and I even asked for his advice, which he kindly gave.
