The interview process was really pleasant, fun, and straightforward. The interviewer was open-minded and friendly, making it a non-intimidating experience. I really enjoyed the whole process and couldn't have asked for more. They were so kind and welcoming, and didn't reject or shut down my answers, which was very affirming and positive. They also led the conversation very well.

It was a three round interview process. First, I had to complete an ML project that the PI assigned me. I had a week to do it. If I did well on the project, they would then invite me for a technical interview where they asked fundamental linear algebra questions. Finally, there was another project question to finish.
