An assistant scheduled a Zoom meeting for about 30 minutes. During the call, the interviewer asked if I thought the role would be a good fit for me. It turned out that the job's specifics and my interests were not aligned, so we concluded the conversation positively. I appreciated having this check-in during the interview, as it prevented the process from being unnecessarily prolonged.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I first got contacted to set up a 30-minute phone chat with an HR person. About a week or two later, I went in for a 60-minute in-person interview with the director I'd be reporting to, which lasted 40 minutes. After that, I met with a long-time team member for about 10 minutes. To wrap things up, I had to look over and fix a sample press release that had some mistakes in spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and word choice. Three weeks after that, I was called back for another interview. I met with the director again for 30 minutes, and then finally, I spoke with the HR rep from my first call. I was told I'd know by the end of the next week. That day passed, and it's been another two weeks with no update. I sent an email to HR asking about the decision and was told they were still considering it, with it being between me and one other person.

Behavioral Technical

It was a professional interview, not too hard. The interviewer was polite and really dug into things. They asked a mix of questions about how I act in situations and technical stuff to get a good look at my skills. Overall, pretty good experience.
