This company is a Pyramid Scheme (or multi-level marketing) scam. They advertise the role as a marketing assistant, but in reality you will be doing door to door sales on a commission only basis. They will call this something along the lines of "residential initiatives" to "engage face to face with clients", typical deceptive language. My interview was with two other people over Zoom, and while I strongly suspected already that this company was a scam I decided to attend anyway just to confirm it for myself. It quickly became apparent that I was right, with the interviewer being incredibly evasive when asked about the specifics of the role until I was able to get him to admit to it being door to door sales, not marketing at all. Interestingly, they are based out of the same building as the Synthesis Group, another Sheffield based Pyramid Scheme. Judging by the way these companies work, one likely grew out of the other. When I confronted the interviewer, I was swiftly kicked from the call. I only hope the other two people I was in the call with were not suckered in. Do not get involved with this "company"!

It was a three step process. First, a phone interview. Then, an in-person followup. Finally, a final interview. I talked to the Director of Operations. They told me about the job requirements, what the day-to-day looks like, the company culture, and the pay.

It was a quick and fair interview. They were mostly interested in my schedule situation and how I could fit in hours to work there. They also asked about my experience in the area and why I would want to work here.

Had a Zoom interview but they never followed up, even after I reached out and they said they'd let me know about the position. I never heard back.
